]]>This latest development will be a mix-use multi-residential building with ground floor retail, office space and residential rentals. The building is 22-storeys, 120 residential rentals with underground and surface parking.
Demolition of the existing building at 7037 Mumford Road will commence December 9th, 2019. Excavation is expected to commence in January 2020 with structure beginning in the Spring. The project is expected to be completed in 2022.
