What You Will Do

As Community Manager, you’ll lead people and places. You’ll be the anchor for your team, the go-to for your tenants, and the steward of building performance. No two days will be the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.

  • Supervise and support your onsite team
  • Guide leasing strategy and occupancy efforts
  • Handle tenant relations with care and clarity
  • Lead property visits and routine inspections
  • Ensure safety compliance and training
  • Support marketing and event promotions
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting
  • Approve applications and oversee evictions
  • Create and enforce building policies
  • Collaborate across departments

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in property management
  • Leasing and real estate knowledge
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of property systems and building operations
  • Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management database
  • Reliable, organized, and people-focused
  • Diplomatic problem-solver

Work Environment
