As a member of the Head office support team, the Property Administrator plays a vital part in the behind-the-scenes management of the Paramount Management portfolio. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for administrative wizardry, you’ll be a smooth operator of the residential tenant life cycle.

As the driving force behind the physical maintenance and operations of our building portfolio, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure all facilities run seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for providing clear day-to-day direction to staff, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and operational efficiency across all properties. This role is key in maintaining our high standards and keeping everything running smoothly.

As the leading member of a lean mean construction site team the Site Superintendent will lead the charge in bringing our high-profile developments to life. You’ll be in the thick of it – managing trades, keeping the project on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely and on schedule.
