You will have the opportunity to work among a group of highly effective and driven construction professionals. A Site Coordinator will play a support role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the site.

Assist in the development, design, and execution of all marketing activities, public relations, advertising, brand awareness with the primary goal to maximize leasing potential.  Focus on current and future development, as well as, existing property marketing requirements.  Support tenant relations and internal communications. Coordinate day-to-day activities that assist in the development and execution of all marketing and advertising strategies. 

As the driving force behind the physical maintenance and operations of our building portfolio, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure all facilities run seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for providing clear day-to-day direction to staff, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and operational efficiency across all properties. This role is key in maintaining our high standards and keeping everything running smoothly.

As the leading member of a lean mean construction site team the Site Superintendent will lead the charge in bringing our high-profile developments to life. You’ll be in the thick of it – managing trades, keeping the project on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely and on schedule.
