Provide leadership and direction to associates at assigned properties with direct responsibility for building managers. Ensure maximum commercial tenant satisfaction and retention through coordination of multiple services including maintenance, cleaning and contractors.  Highest priority is to maintain and grow the commercial portfolio through leasing, negotiations and marketing.

As part of the Preform Equipment team, the Equipment and Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining equipment, coordinating deliveries, and overseeing the logistics of formwork, hoisting systems, and cranes. All while playing a key role in setting up and organizing a new yard with a mobile office, software, and ensuring compliance for crane and hoist operations.

As part of a dynamic small on-site team, the Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair activities within a specific building or set of buildings. Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, you will help ensure the sustainability and successful operations of the property/properties.

As part of a collaborative team, the Project Coordinator supports the execution of multiple design-build high-rise developments, from preliminary design to close out.
