As the Construction Equipment Manager, you'll be servicing customers through logistics, inspections, inventory, rentals, relationships, and problem-solving—all rolled into one essential role. You're the type who can look at a pile of construction equipment and see a schedule, a delivery, and a client’s solution.

Provide leadership and direction to associates at assigned properties with direct responsibility for building managers. Ensure maximum commercial tenant satisfaction and retention through coordination of multiple services including maintenance, cleaning and contractors.  Highest priority is to maintain and grow the commercial portfolio through leasing, negotiations and marketing.

As part of a dynamic small on-site team, the Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair activities within a specific building or set of buildings. Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, you will help ensure the sustainability and successful operations of the property/properties.
