Identify and manage construction ventures across company portfolio that are characterized as special projects including capital improvements, retrofits and major maintenance. Responsible for technical and administrative duties related to the project. Manage all construction activities including close out and handover.
Responsible for technical and administrative duties related to multi-unit residential projects providing support to the project team in office and field. Assists with material estimating, procurement, subcontractor tendering and document management. Works closely with VP of Design and Construction to complete tasks related to project and construction management. Growth opportunity potential for project coordinator and project manager roles.
Responsible for day-to-day effective operations of one or more multi-unit residential properties through preventative maintenance, building improvements, policy adherence and quality tenant relations.
