What You Will Do

As part of a collaborative team, the Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies across all branches of the organization. While supporting the company in achieving occupancy and retention goals

  • Property rental listings
  • Marketing materials both print and digital
  • Incentive and partnership programs
  • Website subject matter
  • Company marketing assets
  • Document management
  • Digital media development and management
  • Campaign performance/analytics
  • Brand profile
  • Market research and analysis

What You Bring to the Table

  • Marketing related degree/diploma
  • Familiarity with property management/construction setting
  • Public Relations
  • Dynamic and Creative Thinker
  • Best Practices and knowledge of trends
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Computer skills; MS Suite, Adobe, Survey Software

Work Environment

Primarily Office based with a high level of social interaction and team collaboration. May need to work outdoors if project or duties require. Generally, work during regular office hours although there will be routine visits to construction sites, properties and company events that may fall outside of those hours.
