The Lawen Group is delighted to announce the naming of our Mumford Project (7037 Mumford Road) which has officially been named West 22. It will have a mix of residential and commercial units and as of recently the building’s residential unit count has raised to 140.
Dexel is currently pouring their 13th floor with their window wall installation set to begin by the end of May. Framing has begun along with the installation of the pad mount transfer. There will be +/- 11,000 sq ft of commercial space available for lease.
